Eric was over the top amazing to work with on the sale of our house. His follow up and attention to details were topped only by his extra effort to take care of our property to get it to closing. Highly recommend!
Eric took on a house that proved difficult to sell. He stuck with the many showings and followed up on leads (even ones he knew were weak because the buyer had little to no money). He assisted me the day of the closing by helping me clean the place up after the tenant left me with a mess. Way beyond the scope of being a realtor. A very good realtor in my opinion and I have bought and sold over 20 properties in my career.
