We couldn't have asked for a better house buying experience with Eric. He had the giant task of helping us find and purchase a home while we were 2000 miles away with a three hour time difference. He spent countless hours taking us on virtual and in-person tours, always with a smile on his face and the most fantastic attitude. He listened to all of our needs and gave thoughtful and insightful feedback when we had questions. We ended up buying a home without seeing it in person first, because that's how much we trust Eric!
