About Eric

Born in Los Angeles and raised in Miami, Eric Alvarez has proudly called Nashville home since 2014. With a 24-year career in the cruise industry serving in both onboard and corporate leadership roles, Eric brings a strong foundation in customer service, operations, and attention to detail to every real estate transaction. After retiring from the cruise industry, he transitioned into real estate, combining his passion for helping people with hands-on investment experience. Eric owns rental properties, has successfully completed multiple fix-and-flip projects, and has helped investors acquire and reposition properties throughout Middle Tennessee. His firsthand knowledge allows him to guide both homeowners and investors with practical insight and strategic expertise. By 2024, Eric obtained the REMAX Hall of Fame award. Fluent in Spanish, Eric is proud to serve a diverse community of clients throughout Middle Tennessee. Outside of real estate, Eric is an avid marathon runner who has completed the prestigious Boston Marathon three times. When he’s not working with clients or training for his next race, he enjoys spending quality time with his spouse and their two dogs, Milo and Charlie.
