For me to be writing a positive review about a realtor says a lot because I have generally had mixed experiences in the past. Most realtors present as your best friend early on in the process but as the sale proceeds, I have found that many realtors do not always having your best interests at heart. However, I can honestly say that I felt Eric had our best interests throughout the process. He communicated with us openly and gave advice but clearly stated that it was our choice throughout. Especially during the Covid process, there were some complicated transactions, but I felt confident that Eric would help us to make the best decisions for the sale.
