Jim and I have dealt with many realtors over the years - both as buyers and sellers. When we decided to move near my family in Santa Maria, my sister recommended Era as our realtor. She said that we would not be disappointed --- and was she ever right! From the first time I spoke to Era, and she set us up with the MLS portal to view homes, she was supportive and responsive to our texts and calls. We drove out there from Phoenix, AZ for a long Thanksgiving week. Era made herself available and took us to view quite a number of homes. We made an offer and went home, they countered, and we accepted the counter. Docusign is great! Era worked with the seller and his agent to get an inspection item repaired and actively answered all of our lender's questions. In addition to keeping us updated, Era kept my sister and brother-in-law updated. She sent us pictures of the house at the final walk through and also after the seller moved out, as we had given the seller a couple of extra days. She was on our side and helped to keep us protected at all times. She was very, very knowledgeable about the area, as she has lived there for many years. I can't rave about Era enough!
