Buying a home is a big decision and I wanted to work with someone that I could trust. I was fortunate to meet Ephrem and T.J. to help me find my home. Their job was based more on service than sales and I felt like they really understood my situation and were able to work around my schedule. They have a thorough knowledge of the local market, always provided good insight, and answered all my questions. Most importantly, they helped me buy the perfect home by genuinely caring about me. Ephrem and T.J. showed me as many houses as it took until I found the one that met all my needs. They also led me through a couple of rounds of negotiations to get to a price I was comfortable with and made the deal that suited my needs happen.
