He did a great job at finding multiple listings that fit our criteria and budget. He was flexible with showing times and tried to accommodate our schedules as best as he could, even on weekends! He was willing to express his knowledge on each homes quality and taught us a few things to look out for; in which we felt comfortable saying, “yeah, this isn’t the one based off of x, y, and z”. Emmanuel was and is a fantastic professional! He's a huge help with his knowledge and understanding of the stress a buyer goes through in the sometimes very long search for the right home. He makes it a point to read between the lines to really feel what a family needs. He's extremely responsive to any and all questions and narrows in quite quickly to each turn in the road.
