I highly recommend Emma Torres to anyone looking for a hard working and knowledgeable real estate professional. I was looking to purchase an unusual property that required a lot of research on her end. I had multiple real estate agents that wouldn't call me back after discovering what property I was interested in purchasing. She not only called me back quickly, but she welcomed the challenge and found the answers to all of my questions and concerns.
Emma assisted me in the purchase of a home for my sister, who lives in PSL, FLA. I live in SLC, UT. Needless to say, this was no easy task, since I was not in Florida and never actually saw any of the homes in person. She listened carefully to me, re the situation and helped me find appropriate options. Emma sent me links to view, virtually, homes which met my qualifications and kept me up-dated as to the pros and cons of each home. I suspect I saw 30 homes this way. Once we chose a home and won the offer, Emma walked me through all the subsequent steps through closing. As if this was not enough, once I owned the home, as I am not local, she helped me find contractors and service professionals for some of the jobs that were needed; gutters, A/C tune ups, pest control. I found Emma to be incredibly prompt, usually replying to my texts or emails within minutes. She was always professional and honest. I am so sorry I missed meeting her in person, when I did finally get to Florida for a visit, as a family emergency required her to be out of town. In short- I highly recommend Emma and am sure she will be successful as she sets up her own real estate venture.

5 stars will never be enough for Emma. From the second we met her she was very professional. She spoke to my husband and i like we were her friends and that was a big deal to the both of us. We are first time homebuyers and had no clue about even starting to process of buying a house and Emma made it incredibly easy. In under a month Emma found us the perfect house and we closed !
