When we initially spoke with Ms. Polk regarding our lot at Lake Travis we proposed an amount that we thought was reasonable for its sale. She advised us that we were very low and that it was probably worth two or three times that much. So we listed it for three times what we expected and she had a firm contract with the backup contract for that full amount less than three weeks. We closed happily and would be glad to work with her again if the situation should arise, we consider her to be the best.
