Overall my experience with Emma Obando was amazing! She is knowledgeable, informative, and is reliable. She stuck with me through out the entire process of selling my home . Suggested ideas and ways to solving normal issues that arose during the sale. I would recommend her as a realtor to everyone I know. I can proudly say I am glad I chose her to be my realtor. She knows what she’s doing and will have your back the entire time to get great results.
Emma is excellent and helped bring down the buying price by $5000. She was tireless at going to the property and showing me the space via Facetime and suggesting fix-ups, etc. She is amazing.
From the start, she set expectations high and met them. Many realtors spend too much time talking the clients expectations dow, so they have some wiggle room to "underdeliver". Not Emma. We will be buying and selling with her and her partner, Nick Ortiz for hopefully many deals to come.
