Looking for a home in a highly competitive market? Call Emma and don't play around. There is 0% we would have landed a farm property in this climate without her. She is an absolute master. Highly communicative (I never had to ask where things stood, she volunteered them), always on her game, always proactive, and so incredibly engaged...and when the time came to negotiate? She was *flooringly good.* There was a competing offer, and she made it happen with some brilliant moves that no agent I've ever worked with would have even thought about. Emma is phenomonal at what she does, and an absolute gem of a person. If you choose anyone else, I just hope they never have to negotiate against her. She goes to the mat when it counts, and I would recommend her to anyone without reservation. Absolutely incredible talent. I was not an easy client, but Emma is a master. The *only reason* we landed a farm property, in such a highly competitive market, was because of her negotiating skills. She's fantastic to work with, and relentless once she has a target - she makes things happen. Even in markets like this. I have nothing but respect for her skills and work ethic. Without her, we would never have landed this property...I can not imagine having anyone else. She has the total package for me in an agent. - She is highly communicative (you never have to ask her where things are at - she'll tell you first), - She's somehow "always on" (I don't know if she sleeps), and she goes to the mat for her clients. - She knows the market - she was hands-on, found places that fit our requirements, and didn't waste our time. - She's on top of her end of things. Paperwork, agreements, contracts, etc..she's on it. You never have to ask. - She's technologically solid. Texts, docusign, etc. - Respectful. I had some needs that required accommodation, and she was amazing. Never had to ask twice, and she didn't make me feel badly about it. - Amazing negotiator. She's not only great to work with, she is a *phenomenal* negotiator. - Inclusive. If you're gay, straight, whatever, she doesn't care and she treats you just the same. I frankly loved that. Emma is someone who sees you as a client and goes to bat for her clients...whoever they are. - She has fantastic relationships with other agents, and that seems to help as well for getting in to see properties, etc. I read the reviews and found her completely randomly, talked to her on the phone, and was sold. She was as good as everyone says she is. I'm happy to add my feedback to the mix. Would I use her again? Absolutely. She's an absolute rockstar...and there is literally *no one* I would rather have negotiating for me.
