Even better, she consistently managed to get me a little more than I had intended to request. Emma was attentive, responsive, incredibly proactive, and aggressive when it came to protecting my interests. There wasn’t a message or phone call she didn’t answer promptly. The patience of a saint! She pretty much became family. She went above and beyond for us and practically held our hand through it all.
