Above property sold in August 2021...........was a bit tumultuous as Title Co. made a mistake over some HOA dues.........but Emma came to the rescue - understood my complaint........& matter was settled.
Emma proved to be one of the best or if not the best to my knowledge in realty business. She has shown good skills in communication listening,understanding and the patience to deal with client. To me she is one hundred percent .

Emma Chan is the best agent one can have. I gave her a blanket power to represent me in my 2m property in CA while I'm in Manhattan. She took care of everything from start to finish. She reviewed all the documents that I had to docu sign before I signed them. I trust her completely. She's one in a million agent & I would recommend her to anybody, especially to sellers with million dollar properties.
This was our 2nd transaction.........but it sure had "bumps along & took some months to be straightened out" (thanks to Emma's expertise & counsel). **a credit co. put a lien on my property that I bought cash 15 yrs ago.........& was never aware of it. A "male with my son's name" was the problem - & again/Emma was able to work it out - until property finally closed.
By then - I knew Emma was my fave-realtor. As I dealt with 3 others before her ------ & none of them got a 2nd listing from me. **a few bumps along the way - but Emma delivers after working on them.
She is a seasoned realtor.........and this is very important for me. This was our first transaction together - and it went smoothly. Hence I decided I would give her my further-listings (to sell).
Emma helped me so much throughout this transaction! I first met her by inquiring her about her shortsale listing. This was my first time buying a shortsale so she helped me throughout the whole process. I had to move back to California after a short period of time for a new job opportunity and I listed my house with Emma and she got it sold in no time! I would definitely recommend Emma for any real estate needs, and plan on working with her again in the near future.
Emma is very accommodating and cheerful. Finding a right home is very stressful, but she knows how to make me feel calm always.
