We successfully sold our home before this home without a realtor. Sold in one day, full price. So we were truly considering selling one white briar ourselves, especially in today's market. We just didn't feel like putting in the time and effort. I am so glad that we decided to list with Patterson-Schwartz. Our realtor, Emma Burnett was professional, knowledgeable about the market, and completely reliable. She kept us updated constantly. The whole process was effortless.

Emma Burnett was fantastic through the unique challenges of getting a property ready for sale in the midst of a pandemic. We couldn’t be happier.

Emma was fantastic to work with! She is very organized and on top of everything and communicated with us very well throughout the entire process. She made selling our home so easy! We will definitely hire her again and recommend her to others!

Great job all around. From pictures to listing to settlement.

Emma was very helpful and a pleasure to work with.

Emma was a pleasure to work with and very helpful!

Emma Burnett is unusually mature about people relationships for her age.

Emma Burnett knows what matters and what doesn't and stays focused on doing those things which are most likely to get the property sold.
