We are a first time home owner thanks to Elif! After so many years of renting, my wife and I were finally able to save some money to try and get into a house of our own. We were priced out in the neighborhood we used to rent (south bay), so we decided to look elsewhere (Tri-valley area). Elif provided us with all the information we needed (schools, traffic, demographics, shopping, weather, real estate market, etc). Just as we started touring open houses, the pandemic hit. Being first time buyers, we panicked a bit. Elif was patient with us the whole time and did not pressure us into anything. Finally we decided to go for it. After more than a hundred houses and 5-6 rejected offers in ~3 months we finally found a perfect home. Elif handled the whole process perfectly and we closed without an issue. She went well above and beyond our expectations. After a year, we look back and realize that we made a great decision buying our home. All thanks to Elif. We would strongly recommend her.
