My experience with Emily was very pleasing as she guided our every step in buying a home that fits my family and I’s needs. Her local marketing knowledge was constantly on point and her strong professionalism was very evident in the way she communicates information of the house and the environment around it. She has been very patient with us, especially during these crazy times in the market, and we appreciate everything she has done for us in finding the perfect home.

Emily jumped in to a very difficult situation as we were in town from out of state in a "must buy" situation in the hottest market ever. We had only two days to find a home and Emily was able to come in at the last minute after our previous realtor was unavailable. We saw so many houses in a wide range of cities and never once did she complain about the distance, amount of showings in one day, or our feedback about all the houses. She took notes on each house based on our feedback so we had something to review each night. Emily responded to my many, many emails quickly and efficiently and helped us navigate a very stressful closing/leaseback situation. I loved that Emily let us tour each house on or own while she waited and asked questions about each one to help further define what we were looking for. We were able to go under contract that weekend and are now in our house and so happy! I would definitely recommend Emily to anyone looking to buy that wants a realtor that is patient, willing to work on your timeline and listen to your wants and needs. Thank you Emily!!!
