We decided to buy land and sell our house at the same time, which could have been extremely stressful, but Emily was so knowledgeable and such an incredible advocate for us every step of the way, that we really didn’t have a single time that things did not go in our favor. And this was honestly because of Emily! Her negotiations and recommendations for our best courses of action during the land purchase made us feel so confident in our decisions. Emily was so patient with us as we drug her all over North Georgia to find the perfect land and she was never afraid to ask sellers the tough questions.
