Emily Stephens

When I asked some neighbors to recommend a real estate agent who knew the area they immediately recommended Emily. It turns out they were certainly right. Not only was she warm, friendly and knowledgeable, but I could see her house from my backyard! She certainly knew the area. Emily was great at providing names for resources and vendors for those things we knew had to be done. She was also great about clueing us in to things we had not thought of, as well as advising us to perhaps not do certain things. We quickly got a list of qualified buyers from her with lots of relevant info, allowing us to choose the eventual purchaser. Emily was always available with information, support and a warm and smiling presence. We sold the house rapidly with no glitches. My only complaint is that because I moved from the neighborhood I did not get to know her better as a neighbor!

Emily was attentive and proactive every step of the way. She really knew the market, and I was pleasantly surprised with the results. She was easy to work with. I was so glad to work with her on the sale of my house.
