Emily is the best! She found us the vacation home of our dreams ( Virtually)! Emily and her associate video taped the home and surrounding area for us to view! She followed up and researched every question we had. She also connected us with an excellent inspection company that responded to all of our requests from air quality to age of the appliances. We couldn’t be happier with our entire experience. Despite having several buyers vying for the same property and willing to pay cash on the very day it hit the market, Emily miraculously negotiated a deal that was $20,000 below the asking price with the furniture included!!! She is amazing! I recommend Emily to anyone who is serious about buying their dream home... she is truly the best!
