In the midst of looking for my new home I was super scared because I didn’t think I’d get approved. Emily pushed for me, she was very responsive even on vacation and worked with my budget and together we found a beautiful dream condo for an amazing price. Emily is none the less determined to make sure everything is fine with you and will help you in anyway possible. I’ve been in my home since July and I’ve had no issues. As an out-of-state buyer unfamiliar with the area, I required a lot of attention. Emily went above and beyond not only showing me properties I didn't even know I'd like, but also educating me on the different parts of town and neighborhoods. She considered my personal needs and asked a lot of questions to get an idea of what MY "dream home" is. Emily was also very responsive any time I reached out via email or cell. The last property Emily took me to see was THE ONE. We must have looked at 20+ over the course of a few weeks, and had finally found 2 that were possibilities! I would have been fine to just go with one of them, but Emily was determined that I see ONE more. And I'm so glad I agreed! Here I am, sitting in that very condo, a block from the beach centrally located to everything I could possibly want! She also did a great job negotiating the price and conditions of the sale! I am so grateful for Emily and her determination to make sure I found the perfect place for me. There were days it didn't seem like it would happen but she never gave up! Thank you Emily! I don't plan to move again anytime soon, but if I do you can be sure I'll call Emily Snellgrove and I will be referring her to my friends and colleagues.

Emily was amazing!! I had a very specific neighborhood that I wanted to live in, and she worked with my price range to send me several options. She helped me find a beautiful apartment at a really great deal. 10/10 would recommend to everyone!
