Emily is incredibly intelligent when it comes to this crazy market! She was patient with our 1,000 questions, present for EVERY SINGLE STEP along the way, and offered above and beyond care for things when we couldn't be present! Even after our sale, she was still in contact with us, and helped the buyers when their agent couldn't be present! She definitely fought for top dollar for us and we are soooo incredibly thankful! Emily helped us sell our home in a short amount of time. Because I am military, I got orders overseas and unfortunately due to the market I had to do a short sale.
