I was selling a house on behalf of an estate, and Emily was really able to help take a lot of the burden of selling off of my hands. She coordinated for indoor and outdoor cleaning as well as provide guidance and direction on how to address personal belongings in the house. She was great for providing additional recommendations wherever needed. Several unusual circumstances popped up between contract and close, and Emily was able to help resolve those issues as well, including working with the buyer and coordinating with a tree removal service. On the downside, there was a stressful scramble for documentation for me in the last week before closing in part because the 3rd party closing agent and the closing attorneys did not act very timely. Overall, I am happy with the final outcome: the house sold quickly for a good price, and I was able to count on Emily to manage much more of the selling and preparation work than I had originally expected, which is very appreciated.
