Even with interest rates at levels unseen in over 20 years, the LA condo market is still competitive! Several condos I looked at already had multiple offers by their second weekend, and offers I put in were up against several competitors. I finally found my future home that met all my needs and Emily put together an offer strategy that made my offer the winning one.
