Emily was excellent to work with in the sell of my house. I called her months before the house went on the market and she reviewed her process regarding selling a house, what she thought needed to be accomplished prior to putting the house on the market, list of individuals that I could ask for estimates regarding house concerns, market conditions etc. She gave me good advice and I called and told her the house could be put on the market Jan. 1 2019 and we had 2 pre-approved offers within a couple of days and signed papers for the sale Jan 6. The closing occurred last week and I will be moving Thursday.

My experience with Emily could not have more enjoyable and professional. I wasn’t the easiest of client and she was always professional and responsive! I couldn’t have asked for anything better.
