Looking for a home in your mid- seventies is not always the easiest thing to do. We had built both our previous homes, so we had only used a realtor as sellers. We were fortunate to have friends recommend Emily Keener to us. She was definitely the right choice. When we first met with Emily we were able to share ideas of what we wanted in a condo and the area we wanted to settle in. Emily was able to have some places for us to see in the first few days after meeting. She chose to show us many different options so we could see the variety of condos( in various price ranges) that were in the area. That was a huge help. Emily was very honest with us as we went through the homes as to the pros/cons of each one. If one became available and she could not make the showing, she made sure to have another colleague from the office meet with us.
