Working with Emily was a great experience from the start. She first started by trying to understand what I was looking for and what I was NOT looking for. Throughout the process I feel she understood my needs for my new house and also my concerns about the market and condition of my new home. I acknowledge, as a single dad with two young girls, I have different needs than most buyers. The best part about working with Emily is she tried hard to understand how I intended to use the home. During some of our showings, she was able to voice her concerns and also hear my concerns about how a home differed from an online posting (which they do!) would not meet my unique needs and why she would not recommend a home like location, price or usable space. Rather than try to fit a home to a buyer, she tries to find a home which meets a buyers needs (price, location. use of space, etc.). It seems everyone knows a realtor.
