I would say it was a less than traditional introduction, but turned out great! Without a referral, my wife found Emily online just browsing potential homes and decided she wanted to see one in person. Emily was friendly, was always very responsive and also very patient with us, as we were trying to figure out if we really wanted to buy and what we wanted to buy. One of the most important qualities in an Agent is their flexibility around the Buyer's schedule - and in this aspect, she was flawless. She was always able to accommodate whenever we wanted to meet. Once we put in an offer, she made sure to stay on top of things and was always hands on - even when it may not have been required. She also had an extensive network of contacts that were available to us.
