Emily is wonderful. She helped us purchase a home prior to our move to Georgia. We could only see homes one weekend prior to our move. She listened to what we were looking for and showed us homes that fit. We put in an offer and got accepted that same weekend! The transaction went so great and she was always willing to help in any way. So, when our move out of Ga happened we rented out the home and when it came time to sell, it was a no brainer. We called Emily right away. Within A month she had it photographed, listed and it went under contract. We couldn't have asked for anything better as we were carrying 2 mortgages and some homes were sitting for more than 3 months.
