Emily is a rockstar!!! She is VERY king, caring & knowledgeable. Even before our loan was approved, she was out there hitting the pavement, looking at houses with us, helping us to find the right house. On a couple of the houses, she was even just as discouraged that we didn't get them as we were. She did all the bid paperwork for us so many times that I honestly felt bad. I kept praying, "Let this be the one, let this be the one, so poor Emily doesn't have to fill out ANOTHER set of paperwork." But she did it. And when the bid didn't get accepted, she was right there with us, trying again & even encouraging us to not give up & to keep trying. There is NO WAY we could have gotten our house without her! To simply say "Thank you" just doesn't seem to cut it. But we said it anyway & will CONTINUE to say it. We will refer everyone we know to her & to Wendt Key. Together, they made our first home buying experience so easy! We couldn't have asked for a better group of people to work with! :)

Emily was very professional right from our first meeting. She was very positive about putting the house on the market and helped us set an appropriate price. When we received bids Emily provided us with all details and answered our questions so we could make good decisions. As we approached closing Emily even arranged for plumbing repairs that the seller was paying for. She was exceptional at keeping my three sisters and me informed even though we live in four different places. I highly recommend Emily as a realtor.
