Emily Vangilder is the most professional agent I’ve ever worked with. Her knowledge of everything involving real estate seriously impressed me. She knows geography and history of areas, knowledge of construction, different neighborhoods, understands and explains documents, and the best part, with her experience, has different strategies fitting different situations. She always messaged me when a document was emailed. She thought of questions and demands before I did and followed up. She was on top of all tasks and their due dates and excellent with communication. She’s kind and fun and listens. It was easy to see right away, I was in good hands, and let her take the reins.
