Another trait that Emiliano possesses which often goes overlooked is that he's a great listener. His competence is what one needs to guide you through the dautning process of a purchase or sale of a home. Our most recent transaction was a sale and Emiliano went way beyond the call of duty. The other realtor lacked the skills that Emiliano possesses which made for an exhausting and frustrating experience from that end. Emiliano though was persistent and had a hand in almost every aspect of the transaction - which if he hadn't, the deal would not have happened. I just hope that the seller's realtor took good notes and learned something from this experience. A realtor that lists your home and is not reachable and/or not willing to go the extra mile will not get you the desired results. Eventually, those types of realtors will get weaned out - hence why Emiliano has been able to be in business for so long.
