Emilia was outstanding from start to finish for us. Our search was measured in years and her patience and guidance was invaluable. She knows her communities intimately and just as important, she went out of her way to learn what our interests were, even when we weren’t sure. She was an effective negotiator and when we transitioned from just lookers to buyers we got her best.
