The process is very daunting for a first time buyer with many forms, emails, things to read, etc...but Emile made sure all my questions were answered and was very patient to help me understand the terminologies, what to expect. He was always prepared, professional and took the time to listen to my feedback - showing me the homes that would fit my taste and budget.
