Emile has always been a blessing to work with then (10 years ago) and now for our current move. Emile's professionalism to work and follow up on the hard details were essential to closing this loan. We LOVE working with Emile, who thinks outside the box and goes above and beyond to make sure your expectations are met.

Emile is someone my wife and I have worked with for this recent home purchase and sale and that of two other properties. Each time, she was aware of the intricacies of the market and what we needed to do to find a home in the area we wanted. Specifically for this home purchase, given the crazy post-COVID market, she helped us navigate the insanity and find many homes we bid on. Our goal was to move for our expanding family into an area with excellent schools, restaurants, and family amenities. We found several good neighborhoods with Emile’s help, and dodged a few bullets along the way. She gave good advice for finding established neighborhoods, and we ended up finding a home in the ideal neighborhood for our family.

This review is a little different as Emile was the buyer’s agent for the home we recently sold. We found her superb knowledge of the housing market, easy and open communication and dependability made all the difference in the world. When our own agent was absent from the closing, Emile was there for her clients (as we’ve seen consistently during the whole offer stage) and her professionalism was reassuring to us as well. In conclusion, we felt she would definitely be our agent of choice if there ever a future need.

Emile did an amazing job helping us to prepare our house to sell and sell our house. With her help our house sold in a very short amount of time and over asking price. She helped make the selling process as short and painless as possible.

Emile, was awesome!!! she made this experience so much easier. She is very motivated, hard working and very professional about her job. Her knowledge when it comes to buying a house is definitely A++. We would called her 24/7 when ever we have a question about anything and she would answer her phone, she does not sleep. In the beginning of house hunting we had issue with our old mortgage company, Emile was able to find us a better mortgage company. My wife and I couldn’t ask for a better agent. Thanks Emile for making this process so much easier from the beginning to closing on June 30th.
