Emanuele helped us with the purchase of our new home. We rented the Townhouse for 3 years and Emanuele served as the property manager and the real estate agent for the seller. While we rented the place he always answered our concerns immediately and made sure they were rectified without question. As a realtor, we felt he was working for us as well as the buyer. It's rare to find someone as dedicated to providing satisfaction when dealing with two parties but came through with flying colors. He was quick to answer any questions on our part as well as getting all the necessary paperwork completed for the sale of the property. We couldn't have done without him. 5 stars!

I worked with Emanuele over the course of several years, first as a rental property manager, and then as our agent in the sale of our condo in Highland Beach, Florida. I interviewed four different companies to manage the property, and we knew immediately that Emanuele was by far the person we wanted to represent us. He took care of every single detail -- from the repairs and upgrades that were needed to make the condo ready for market, to finding and screening rental applicants, and then working with the condo board to get approval. He has many contacts in the handyman and contracting world -- and any work we needed done was always reasonably priced and executed exactly as discussed. A couple of years later Emanuele did the same exact thing again for us -- but this time to sell. Upgrades, photography, listings, screening, negotiation, board approval -- he did it all! Emanuele is the consummate professional, super polite, and always filled with gratitude. He is SO easy to work with, impeccably honest, and an incredible communicator.
