I’ve gone though many different agents through the many home purchases I’ve made. My last purchase of a house was 15 years ago and in the city of San Francisco, so you can say I was quite hesitant of moving to a small town like Tracy. For the past year I was back and forth picking a house, and back and forth again. This year was a tough time for us all and I didn’t think I could do it, but thanks to Emad BASMA i was able to move past my fears and do it. Although he didn’t just help me find a house, but a home. It was everything I was looking for, my dream house. He made the whole process easy for me, the negotiation and even putting my own house on the market. I love my house, location, and community.
