Emad Basma is the most reliable, experienced, helpful realtor that I have worked with. We started out our process couple of months ago, and we quickly realized that the market is pretty hot, and that the realtor we were working with was not helpful. We quickly searched for another realtor, and came across Emad. In our first meeting, he was prepared, responsive, and greatly helpful. He not helped us with putting aggressive offers, but he also gave his honest opinion which was always appreciated. We are so grateful for the help Emad provided us in our search for our first home. He encouraged us to look at as many houses as we needed to until we found the just the right one. His commission rate was fair, as it covered a large amount of the side costs, such as landscaping, paint touch up, 3D photography, and cleaning. Although we did contemplate the idea of selling the house ourselves, we're glad we went with Emad instead. Numerous unknown factors came up, such as the buyers adding a new person on the loan, the back-and-forth haggle of transferring the solar energy, a buyer backing out, and a plethora of paperwork. Emad worked closely with us to ensure that everything was smooth and that we did as little as possible. He called it the "white glove" experience :) His strategy is to list the sale price a bit lower to gain more interests and have buyers bid against each other. This worked to our advantage, as we ultimately sold the house for the price that we wanted in the first place! Our home was listed on June 8th, we had multiple offers by the end of the week. Our first deal fell through, but Emad kept back-up offers and touched bases with those buyers right away. Within the next two days, we accepted the second offer and the entire transaction was closed and finalized by July 30th! If we could give Emad more than 5 stars for his services in selling our home, we definitely would! From the very first call inquiring regarding the sale of our home, up until the sale closing, he was always prompt & professional. The Covid-19 pandemic hit during the sale of our home, and throughout the whole process he was very patient and understanding in the decision to extend the timeline. He took the time to listen to our concerns and what we were comfortable with in this un charted territory, as well as assisting us to figure out what was best for our family. Thanks to Emad and his team we sold our home in what almost felt like minutes. He guided us through the process, was correct in his price setting (came in the highest of the realtors we initially contacted) and delivered. Pretty important to me as I was stressing all the way. His service is great, taking care of paint and garden providing the house with the necessary touch up. We had a little snafu after the first open house day - wife hitting the porch with our car ... don't ask - but Emad remained calm, asked us to fix via a contractor (which we did) and before the work was completely finished he came back with two proposals. One was his own client - potentially allowing him to double-dip ... BUT he told us the other offer was stronger and said we should go with the other offer. So yeah... not really sure what else you can ask for a realtor then to provide honest and good representation. Well worth the money!

Stop searching you have found your realtor. Emad is absolutely the best!!! When you are buying a home for the first time it is scary, exciting and overwhelming all at once. Emad put me at ease right from the start. He answered a million questions throughout the whole process, always with a smile. He is very professional and incredibly responsive through everything. We were searching during the COVID pandemic so that amount of work required to make appointments for viewing instead of just going to open houses was a lot more than usual. I didn't find myself nervous or wondering what the status was, not once. I believe he went above and beyond the call of duty with our family. I never got the "used car sales guy" feel from him, he asked lots of questions and really got to know us and our family so he didn't just help us buy A house, he helped us buy the RIGHT house for our family.
