As first time homebuyers, I cannot thank Em enough for helping us navigate the process of purchasing our home. Em showed us multiple properties, and considering me and my wife’s schedules are not the most flexible, we really appreciated her accommodating our schedule by meeting us later in the day. When I spoke to Em, I felt like I was talking to a friend rather than being treated like just another client. We always felt like she was there to help, not like she was just trying to sell us something, which sometimes feels rare in the world of business.When we began the process of searching for a home, we assumed it would be stressful. Another example of Em going above and beyond for us was during the January 2026 snow storm. We were under contract at the time and were worried the pipes may freeze in our soon to be home. Em went to the residence and dripped the faucets to ensure this was one less thing we had to worry about. Lastly, we really appreciated Em’s transparency throughout our home buying process. We never felt like we were “in the dark” during any stage of the process. She even included very nice gift at closing!
