Elysia rocks! My husband and I started out looking for homes by reaching out to a different "well-known" realty company. The realtor was rude, treated us like we were stupid, and demanded we didn't speak to anyone else about homes for sale. Feeling defeated, I reached out to Elysia in the hopes of finding an agent with a heart. She was welcoming, understanding, and showed that she loves what she does. She is very respectful and honest. Being first time home buyers, we were inexperienced and needed someone in our corner to look out for us. We've had many people tell us horror stories of how hard it is to search for and buy a home. Within a week of meeting Elysia we found our dream home, only to lose in a multiple bidder situation. Elysia reached out to the seller to find out the reason we lost and ended up getting asked if we would be a secondary buyer in case the first buyer didn't work out. She guided us through making that decision, understanding, that the chances were slim. A few days later we got the amazing news that we had an accepted offer! If it wasn't for Elysia's persistence and dedication, we wouldn't have gotten our dream home! We will be forever grateful for everything she has done for us. We highly recommend Elysia!

Selling my home was riddled with trouble from the start. I was offered a job in Georgia, and needed to sell my home quickly in order to relocate. My first real estate agent took weeks to get things together, and then got fired the Friday my house was supposed to go on the market. I was livid! But I called Elysia Friday night, and she rushed over on Saturday, and got my house on the market by Monday, totally exceeding my expectations. Further, I also had the worst buyers in the history of home buyers. Even though I accepted their offer a week after my house went on the market (and at only 2k under my asking price) they took over 3 months to close by being unresponsive, and continuing to push out the date. Which was made even harder since by that point I had already moved across the country. But Elysia expertly navigated the situation for me, ensured all parties honored their obligations in the process, and my home sales was completed in just over 3 months from market availability to close date.
