We absolutely loved working with Elyse. She was always on top of communication and was always honest with us. She worked hard to understand our needs and was was always available for all of the seemingly unnecessary annoying questions that a buyer might have! :-) we would use her again in a heartbeat!
Being a first time home buyer in a market that is more competitive than ever, my brothers & I knew we were in for it when it came to finding a home! Elyse Duff's knowledge, attentiveness and personality is amazing. Once we found this home she had us in a showing the following morning and shortly putting an offer after. She gave us all the needed advice once the process began, and made it as simple as possible to do over the phone throughout the closing process. She amazing to say the at least! I recommend her & her team to anyone in South Florida looking to purchase or rent!
Working with Elyse was nothing but a great experience! Once my brothers and I had an offer accepted on a house it was smooth sailing. Elyse walked us through the entire buying process step by step. She answered any and all questions and anything my brothers and I didn’t understand she broke it down Barney style for us. We even came in under appraised but with Elyse’s help and recommendation she ordered a 2nd appraisal and she saved us a Ton of money! Shes down to earth and has a fun great personality. All in all a true to pleasure to work with. I recommend Elyse to anyone looking to buy a home in Florida.
