She was on top of everything. Since we were out of state during the inspection period she kept us abreast of all the details I would have no reservations in recommending her.

Elyse put us on the market when we were retiring and going to full time RVers. We left town with the house empty and Elyse in charge. She took care of everything for us when we left. We had a tree fall in the back yard and Elyse got it all cleaned up for a minimal charge. When we were down to inspection for selling we needed a new roof. Elyse had us 3 bids for it, once we confirmed she had them do the job and took care to make sure all was right. When it was down to the final paperwork we were on top of a mountain in Big Bend National Park. She had everything emailed to us and we signed, notarized and overnighted it and all was done. Elyse did such a wonderful job for us. She handled everything so we could start our retirement with no worries. Elyse is very knowledgeable about real estate, what needs to be done and will get it done.

My wife, Joan, and I decided one morning over coffee to retire to Boise, ID. without forethought. If you know me you'll understand the previous statement.
