Initially I picked Elwood because he had decent yelp reviews and he was the quickest to respond to my inquiry. It turns out to be one of the best decisions I've made. Because I live 1.5 hrs away from Stockton, taking care of my property for sales is very inconvenient. Elwood gave me excellent advice on what needed to be repaired and what not, and arranged handyman to perform repairs upon my approval without the need for my presence at my property. The overall repair bill to get my property to be ready for sale was much lower than I expected, and the final sale price of the property was much higher than I anticipated. What impressed me the most was how Elwood walks the extra mile for his client. When we put the property up for sale, he would drive by daily to check it. Thanks to this, he was able to find out that there was a homeless person who broke into our property to spend the night. He took action immediately to call the police, fixed the broken window, and secure all windows to deter the "trespasser" before more damages can be done to the property. Overall, I was very pleased and impressed with Elwood as a real estate agent. He is honest, responsible, professional, and very responsive. Highly recommended!

Elwood Humphries is one of the most honest, experienced, knowledgeable realtors we ever met.
