Elva Bower

From the start Elva was on her game. Elva met with myself and my Father-in-Law to listen to our wants and needs for buying a new home. We had very specific requirements for our new home. After meeting with us and listening to our specifics, Elva went right to work. She lined up several houses for us to look at very quickly. All of the homes were within our requirements. All were beautiful homes. Once we found the home that we wanted, Elva did all of the leg work for us. She is very knowledgeable of the area. Knows her fellow realtors very well and she is very respected in the realtor community. I saw this first hand with her interaction with other realtors. Elva was a true blessing when it came to finding our home. The process was easy and enjoyable. Elva also was a great mediator between us and the family selling the home. We never spoke to anyone personally, but we felt that we were in full communication at all times.
