With this being my first time selling property I needed a good bit of hand holding and Elva was very thorough in walking me through every step of the process from listing to settlement. She was very knowledgeable about the township, and area the home was located in being able to offer valuable insights as well as market in a way that drew the maximum amount of buyer attention. We had alot of showings despite the property being very unique. She knew exactly how to list and market to overcome all of the potential hurdles maximizing the opportunity for the estate. She kept me informed about every showing, all of the feedback from the showings, as well as any other pertinent information along the way. I felt very informed and never out of the loop.
