My girlfriend and I are first time home owners so at first we were hesitant and scared to jump in of course but Elsa Delacruz made this experience hassle free with as little stress as possible. She has helped me in the past with looking for Apts and always goes above and beyond to help. Her husband as well gave 110% to make sure we were taken care of and explained the process throughly. I highly recommend these wonderful people if you are in need of some great assistance with purchasing/renting!

She and her husband Ben are an amazing team. They were our 4th realtor, and frankly going with anyone else is just dumb. Leah says the word to describe them is WOW! We were treated like we were their ONLY client till the right house was found, and they knew the area so well that our full price offer was accepted immediately, and we avoided a bidding war. maybe Leah says it perfectly when she says "OMG they are the BEST."

Ben and Elsa were great at helping us find our dreamed property. Not only they were very patient with us, since it was our first time buying, but they are very honest professional realtors. They are a great combo, especially if you are looking to rent a property. As first-time home owners we had a lot of questions, they were always there to answer them or help us find the answers. We are very happy with our purchase, Elsa and Ben made the process much easier for us.

I could write accolades about Ben and Elsa Delacruz for hours. I am a first time buyer and I can honestly say the experience has been fun, educational, and above all satisfying. They promptly line up homes to show me and offered valuable information about home ownership in general. Elsa and her husband Ben were terrific. We felt they both were honest and genuine. It is rare when you find realtors that know what they are doing and actually WANT to help you get the best out of your situation. One thing we learned as first time home buyers is that credit truly matters. Our experience was positive and rewarding. We were very comfortable asking questions when we found ourselves confused with steps of the process. In comparison to other realtors Elsa and Ben differ on many levels, one, being married plus business partners they showed each other a great amount of respect while explaining or sharing their own knowledge of any subject we were speaking about at the time. We appreciated their professional manner. The best thing about working with Elsa and Ben was the house shopping. We did not feel rushed while looking at different properties nor did we feel pushed to make a decision. They were really patient with us but persistent with their work. The energy was great. As a young couple we would refer Elsa and Ben to ANYONE looking for a home. These two are the right realtors for you, truthfully! Owning a home means everything to us. We decided to try shopping for a home again with Elsa and Ben as our realtors and we feel more than blessed. Thank you so much, we had so many questions.
