I don’t usually write reviews, but I felt compelled to share my experience with the real estate agent, Elrier. If you’re looking for an agent who will genuinely advocate for you and put in the effort to meet your needs, Elrier is not the right choice. His primary focus seemed to be closing a sale quickly to collect his commission. He lacked the personal touch, failing to understand or address our specific preferences. We found and toured all the houses we were interested in, including the one we eventually purchased, on our own. Elrier’s role was limited to merely opening doors; he didn’t provide any insights into the house’s history, the neighborhood, or highlight features that might interest us. His recommended lenders were also overpriced, prompting us to find our own. During negotiations, he didn’t strive for the best deal, seemingly settling for whatever the seller offered to maximize his commission. His lack of professionalism extended to the closing process, where he just scrolled through his phone and openly complained about delays. He also jeopardized our closing day and move-in date by using inappropriate language toward the seller. Overall, his unprofessionalism and lack of dedication made the experience frustrating, and I would not recommend his services.
