Eloy Villamil

After attending a First Time Home Buyer Seminar from Remax Innovative we knew we were heading in the right direction. Wendy was the best Realtor we could have asked for. She is so knowledgeable, friendly, and professional. Wendy always answered all of our questions, and was always available to show us properties. If you are in the search for a new house, please don’t hesitate to call Wendy. You will not be disappointed. More than a Realtor she is an incredible person.

Our Family is extremely grateful with Eloy, Jessica and Luis! As first time buyers we had a lot of questions throughout or buying process and they all worked closely with us to ensure that all our questions were answered and explain every detail thought the process. They're knowledge and patience and kindness with us is very appreciated, we thank you for all of your help!

We had been trough a few realtors with out any luck before we came across Eloy Villamil and his team. Jessica our realtor was ssssooo great! Very nice and sweet person who went above and beyond to help us find our perfect home! If you’re looking to buy or sell they’re the ones to call!!

Eloy's team were very professional and easy to work with. Specially Breanda & Luis. Brenda was very patient with us and answer all our questions. Luis was the same. I would highly recommend them for your home purchase.
