My parents aren’t too happy about how close the highway is as it can be loud and disruptive throughout the night and doing several deals over 20 years Elmir was our only agent so I wish he would of just put in his thoughts in our head and told us to wait for another listing similar to go live instead of rushing and grabbing the one we grabbed sadly, it’s nice on the inside and all, but we just wish the highway was not such a distraction.

My family is not satisfied with how close our condo is to the highway “295” and the noise it brings with it, if he was honest and really cared about his customers he could of suggested for us to keep on looking for a area more quiet as my parents are approaching their 60’s sleep, unbothered and consistent at that, is very important to them. Maybe it’s because this wasn’t a million dollar sale so he didn’t try as hard, but I figured after doing business with him for almost 20 years that he would of put in more effort in assisting us. Solid 3 out of 5 stars.
