It is incredible that Elmer was so patient with us. My fiancé and I started off as naive open house wanderers with little money and it was a blessing that we eventually met Elmer of which I was immediately impressed by his depth of knowledge and his ability to explain the process. He waited, counseled, and educated us on the home buying process throughout. Even when we took breaks from house hunting, even when we were too picky, and even among our million questions, Elmer was always there to guide us with his infinite knowledge, kindness, and humor.
