Elliott helped with our first investment purchase, and was there for us every step of the way. We actually made an offer in December on our house, which was much lower than the listed price at that time. Based on the information Elliott provided us, we thought this was a fair price. The Seller decided to pass on that initial offer, thinking we were too far apart. Fast forward 2 months, the home was still on the market, and the seller finally decided to lower the asking price. We were able to submit a new offer, and got it accepted. Elliott also helped us to negotiate a lower sales price while we were under contract, due to some inspection issues. Elliott was very patient and helpful through this whole process.
